Wet your hair. Apply a nickle or dime size amount of shampoo
in your hand and massage the shampoo in your hair and your scalp. For best results leave on for 2-5 minutes allowing the Peppermint and Rosemary to penetrate and soothe your scalp. Rinse thoroughly.
