Refund policy
We do not accept return items because of the type of products we sell. However, we will replace products if they arrive damaged and deemed unsafe for usage or if you receive the wrong items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a replacement, you must contact us immediately and send a picture of the damaged or incorrect products at customer@melaninluster.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement immediately.
